Julia led the global agency team for the launch of the DME & RVO indications for Lucentis with Novartis; as a key strategic advisor she designed and moderated a 2 day workshop run in Basel attended by over 30 product managers and medical leads from around the world. Collaborating closely with senior Clients her objective was to generate the strategic roadmap for the brand with the expanded indications. Julia was also instrumental in the development & execution of the global creative platform for these indications, with the ‘Bringing Life Back Into Focus’ campaign winning a creative excellence award.

Dr. Lillian Rigoli received her PhD in Experimental Psychology from Macquarie University, where her research focused on human behavioural analytics, mixed human-artificial agent teams, and dynamical modelling. She has expertise in data analytics, neuroadaptive technology, and mixed-methods research and design.
James is an undergraduate psychology and finance student who is passionate about applying behavioural insights into marketing and healthcare contexts. James has experience in search listening analysis, data coding, and developing graphs. In his free time, he likes to play guitar, exercise, and read.
