Julia led the global agency team for the launch of the DME & RVO indications for Lucentis with Novartis; as a key strategic advisor she designed and moderated a 2 day workshop run in Basel attended by over 30 product managers and medical leads from around the world. Collaborating closely with senior Clients her objective was to generate the strategic roadmap for the brand with the expanded indications. Julia was also instrumental in the development & execution of the global creative platform for these indications, with the ‘Bringing Life Back Into Focus’ campaign winning a creative excellence award.
Julia oversaw this Global portfolio for Bayer with a range of responsibilities:
Contribute to growth strategy development for Kogenate (Bayer), identifying and prioritizing leverage points to optimize the potential to connect the brand with suitable patients.
Support development of the Brand Plan for Kogenate (won the Bayer President’s Award for Excellence)
Global pre-launch preparations for the Bayer ‘protein-free’ Factor VIII
Global campaign development for ‘Bayer Hemophilia Care’, a corporate communication platform for the expanding products and services within the Bayer hemophilia portfolio
